:Capable of becoming a partner for the internal customer and finding a win:win solution when searching for candidates on the highly competitive market;
:Experienced to search directly and target passive candidates using different ways and sources;
:An inventor of new ways of finding talents;
:Experienced in hiring of Sales and Marketing roles
:Fluent in English is a must;
The person will be responsible for:
:Recruitment for Moscow HQ and from time to time our foreign regional offices (Europe, Middle East, APAC);
:Working closely with Multinational Senior Management team directly;
:Act as the main recruiting contact for Hiring Managers, Internal and external candidates. Develop sound business relationships with internal clients to achieve stated goals;
:Support Hiring managers as their strategic talent acquisition subject matter expert and direct line recruiter for all levels of requisitions;
:Searching, identifying and placing candidates for middle and senior roles;
:Identifying market trends and creating a market mapping for open searches;
:Attract candidates using various sources and job boards including social media network;
:Different projects related to cross:HR scope.
